What does the setup fee cover?+

The setup fee is a one-time payment that covers the complete design, development, and launch of your custom TV channel. This includes channel design, technical build, content integration, and submission to the platform store.

What does the monthly hosting fee cover?+

The monthly hosting fee covers your video hosting infrastructure, streaming bandwidth, content delivery network (CDN), platform compliance updates, ongoing maintenance, and access to our support team. Everything needed to keep your channel live and performing optimally.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+

There is no long-term contract. The monthly hosting subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, your channel will remain live until the end of your current billing period.

How does the Kingdom Bundle save me money?+

Purchasing Roku (AU$899 introductory, rising to AU$1,499 on 1 July 2026) and Apple TV (AU$1,499 introductory, rising to AU$1,999 on 1 July 2026) separately would cost AU$2,398 in setup fees at current intro pricing. The Kingdom Bundle is AU$2,199 — saving you AU$199 on setup. Monthly hosting is also bundled at AU$249 versus AU$348 separately (AU$149 + AU$199), saving an additional AU$99 every month. After 1 July 2026, buying separately would cost AU$3,498 vs the new bundle price of AU$2,999 — still saving you AU$499 on setup.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Are prices inclusive or exclusive of GST?+

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST of 10% will be added at checkout for Australian customers. A tax invoice will be provided upon payment.
