Welcome to KTV Channels. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.ktvchannels.com) and the TV channel creation, development, and hosting services provided by Kingdom Media & TV Inc ("we", "our", or "us").
By placing an order, purchasing our services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
KTV Channels provides custom TV channel development and hosting for the Roku and Apple TV platforms. Our services consist of two components:
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. GST at the current rate of 10% will be added to all applicable charges for Australian customers in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect on their account.
We use Stripe, Inc. as our secure third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your nominated payment method for:
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
The setup fee is non-refundable once the development process has commenced (typically within 48 hours of payment). If you cancel before development begins, a full refund of the setup fee will be issued.
Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, your channel will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle and will then be taken offline.
There is no minimum contract period or lock-in commitment for the monthly hosting subscription. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at robert@ktv.org.au or via our contact form. Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
You retain full ownership of all video content, branding materials, logos, and intellectual property that you provide to us. By submitting content to us, you grant KTV Channels a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, host, and broadcast that content solely for the purpose of operating your TV channel.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your channel without notice if your content violates these requirements or the terms of service of the relevant platform.
We build all channels in compliance with Roku and Apple platform guidelines. However, the final approval and publication of your channel in the Roku Channel Store or Apple App Store is at the sole discretion of Roku Inc. and Apple Inc. respectively. We cannot guarantee specific approval timelines, as these are controlled entirely by the respective platforms. Our setup fee covers the development and submission process and is not contingent on platform approval.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted channels. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for temporary outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, platform maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events).
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), Kingdom Media & TV Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services, temporary platform outages, or decisions made by third-party platforms (Roku/Apple).
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
